Recruitment

Employees are currently hired from UAE and South Asian countries but it is not mandatory. If an overseas candidate meets the job criteria, our HR department will be happy to follow-up the procedure.

Income

Salary is paid on monthly basis and the official currency is Dirham (AED). The minimum salary for on-site workers is AED 1000 per month which is each year promoted accordingly whereas starting offer for supervisory staff is AED 3000. For white collar workers, it depends on academic qualification and past experience in relevant field.

Ethics

All employees at Hovelands are subject to follow their specific dress code and PPE at site.

No personal issues are allowed on site to avoid harassment and disturbance in work environment.

Other rules and regulations specified by Client/Contractor should be considered too.

In case of medical or emergency leave, one should report to administration the next day along with medical report etc.

Personal leave is granted on timely report to administration i.e. on the previous working day.

Insurance

All employees are medically insured as per government law of United Arab Emirates.

Incentive

Accommodation: Hovelands provides accommodation to its site workers and an adequate allowance for supervisory and official staff.

Transportation: Transport for site conveyance and free public transport in city for office staff.

Meals: Seasonal snacks and drinks are given all through the year whereas complete meals are provided during extra working hours

Leave: A paid leave of 40 days after a period of 14 months for all employees.

Spouse Visa: Once-a-year tourist visa for spouse is free for field employees after a clean service record of 2 years.

Retirement

All employees are eligible to receive retirement benefits after the completion of initial tenure in addition to 10 years of service with the company. The remunerations upon retirement will be based upon the position(s) held by an individual during his/her stay at the company.
